Our office has been delivering general Ophthalmology care since 1987. We strive to keep up with the latest technology and provide excellent care in a compassionate manner. In the natural growth of our patient base we are expanding to include optometric care and an optical department. Our most common surgical procedures are cataract removal, glaucoma surgery and pterygium excision without sutures.

We provide intraocular refractive surgery such as the Implantable contact lens (ICL), Conductive Keratoplasty (CK) and Refractive Lensectomy (RLE) and offer all of the deluxe lens technology available: Crystalens, Rezoom and Restor. We have chosen to leave Lasik and PRK procedures to refractive surgeons who specialize in them and we refer to the best if that is needed.

The two newest procedures offered are the new suture less corneal transplant, Descements Stripping Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSEK) and a very new, exciting and safe glaucoma surgery, Canaloplasty.

In addition to the latest technology we strive to help you remember that your lifestyle greatly impacts your vision and the longevity of it. Over the years the medical literature has painted a picture of how important lifestyle is in regards to Macular Degeneration, we keep you up to date on this information and encourage its implementation. Locally we have a plant based cooking class where we discuss topics related to lifestyle, health and longevity. We recommend recipes and other sites that specialize in the pursuit of excellent health. We are devoted to preserving and improving your vision.
