This is an ultrasound image of the sclera lake created during canaloplasty which provides egress of aqueous out of the eye lowering the eye pressure. This is one year after surgery and still open. The descemet window is created during surgery which allows seeping of aqueous without creating a full thickness opening.

This ultrasound image of the eye shows the angle created from the stent sutre which pulls inward and stents open Sclemms canal.
